Chinhoyi University of Technology Staff Sports Association shall be holding a Mid-Year Sports Event on the 29th of June to 2nd of July 2017 at the campus grounds from 0900hrs as part of our sporting calendar. The following teams are expected to be participating in various sporting codes:-Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences University, The Botswana Institute of Science and Technology, University of Zambia, Malawi University of Science and Technology, Africa University, Zimbabwe Open University, Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources and National University of Science and Technology.
The objectives of this event are:
• To promote sport and healthy living within the working environment
• To inculcate a cohesive and solid corporate culture
• To forge cultural exchange and academic synergies amongst participating universities.
Teams will participate in soccer, netball, volleyball, and pool.
