Novus Capitas

Novus Capitas Novus Capitas is an initiative aimed at addressing the difficulty Zimbabwean students and graduates face when seeking internships and employment.

This page exists to help school leavers, university students and new graduates find internships (paid and unpaid), graduate trainee programmes and jobs. This page will also share information on scholarships for students who want to continue their studies. In sharing the aforementioned information with you, we hope to save you time and money during your job search period. We also hope to change the

corporate culture in Zimbabwe by advocating for companies to create internships and trainee programmes that will help elevate the youth,

We have news of an exciting recruitment drive by the World Bank! They want to increase the number of participants from Sub-Saharan Africa. All the best to those applying; the deadline is on the 31st of August 2015.

The World Bank group are accepting applications for specialists in the following areas: Agriculture; Education; Energy and Extractives; Environment and Natural Resources; Finance and Markets; Governance; Health, Nutrition, and Population; Macroeconomics and Fiscal Management; Poverty; Social Protection and Labor; Trade and Competitiveness; Transport and Information Technology; Urban, Rural, and Social Development; and Water. There are also opportunities for Investment Officers, and Information and Technology Solutions (ITS) experts.

Employment opportunities will be available in various technical areas and professional streams for talented young professionals and mid-career professionals to contribute and grow their skills.
