🔸 of Activism against gender-based violence continues! This week we are hosting a training on Aflateen+ with our partner Junior Achievement Zimbabwe as part of the Sint Antonius project.

🔸 The trainers are discovering the concepts surrounding gender equality and issues faced by girls and women such as: gender-based violence, child marriages and lacking access to education.

Making a difference...

With funding from DANIDA Plan International Zimbabwe together with Junior Achievement Zimbabwe and Youth Alliance for Safer Cities, under the Empowering Youth in the Face of Covid-19 Project is engaging young people in cash transfers to young people in Harare and Bulawayo to strengthen their financial resilience so that they can cope with shocks during the pandemic. The cash & other initiatives such financial literacy, life skills, safety issues, social accountability trainings will improve their livelihoods plus ability to participate effectively in the development of their communities.
