منذ انطلاقتها في العام 1993 لعبت جامعة ليوا دورا محوريا في قطاع التعليم العالي في إمارة أبوظبي. حيث دأبت هذه المؤسسة العريقة على تنمية الكوادر الوطنية وصقلها لتلبية متطلبات سوق العمل في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

في إنجاز أكاديمي يعكس التزامها الجامعة الراسخ بالتميز في التعليم العالي.
تفخر جامعة ليوا بحصول ثلاثة من برامجها التابعة لكلية الهندسة والحوسبة على اعتماد (ABET)،
ويشمل هذا الاعتماد برنامجي بكالوريوس العلوم في الهندسة الميكانيكية والهندسة الصناعية من لجنة اعتماد الهندسة التابعة لـ ABET، بالإضافة إلى برنامج بكالوريوس تكنولوجيا المعلومات (BIT) بمساراته الثلاثة، والمعتمد من لجنة اعتماد الحوسبة التابعة لـ ABET.
ويؤكد هذا الإنجاز حرص جامعة ليوا على إعداد خريجين مؤهلين يمتلكون المعارف والمهارات والكفاءات اللازمة للنجاح في سوق العمل المحلي والعالمي.



In an academic achievement that reflects the University’s strong commitment to excellence in higher education, Liwa University proudly celebrates the ABET accreditation of three programs within its College of Engineering and Computing.

This accreditation includes the Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and the Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, both accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET. It also includes the Bachelor of Information Technology (BIT) with its three concentrations, accredited by the Computing Accreditation Commission of ABET.

This milestone highlights Liwa University’s dedication to preparing highly qualified graduates equipped with the knowledge, skills, and competencies needed to succeed in both local and international job markets.
