ADSM is a fully accredited, boutique business school supported by the Abu Dhabi Chamber, which focuses on innovation and entrepreneurship.

Our part time MBA program combines local knowledge with global intelligence and is delivered in conjunction with Imperial College Business School, one of the world's top ranked institutions. It is delivered over intensive weekends, enabling working professionals to complete the program in 14-16 months. ADSM prepares the next generation of business leaders who are equipped to meet global challenges and who are determined to make a difference.

Congratulations to Dr. Marc Poulin, Prof. Marc Aoudi, and Prof. Naveed Yasin on their paper’s acceptance in The Journal of Entrepreneurship, published by SAGE.

Their research explores how trust, culture, language, and ethics shape meaningful engagement with diaspora entrepreneurial communities.

Abu Dhabi School of Management celebrates a research achievement by Dr. Marc Poulin, President of ADSM, and Prof. Naveed Yasin, Professor of Entrepreneurship and Management and Director of the Abu Dhabi Management Incubator.

Their paper, “Do I see myself as a Digital Entrepreneur? How Entrepreneurial Mindset and Mentoring Shape the Digital Education–Venture Intention Pathway,” is featured in Higher Education, Skills and Work-Based Learning, ranked Scopus Q1 in the Education category.

The research explores how entrepreneurial mindset and mentoring shape the relationship between digital education and the intention to start a venture, contributing to the conversation on preparing future digital entrepreneurs.
