Subject: Notice of Postponement β Fraternity Ball (27β29 March) and Payment Arrangements
Dear Delegates,
With sincere regret, and in light of the prevailing regional security concerns, the Organizing Committee has taken the difficult but responsible decision to postpone the Fraternity Ball originally scheduled from 27 to 29 March 2026. The safety of our brothers, sisters, families, and guests remains our highest priority, and we believe this step reflects the unity and responsibility that define who we are as a fraternity.
All event payments received shall be carried forward in full toward the rescheduled date, with all confirmed registrations remaining secured. Should any delegate be unable to attend once the new schedule is announced, requests may be reviewed subject to deduction of non-recoverable commitments already incurred, including venue deposits, supplier retainers, and administrative expenses.
For those who supported the souvenir book advertisements, you may request a refund; alternatively, should you wish to extend your support, you may authorize the amount to be treated as a voluntary donation supporting the ongoing charitable and fraternity initiatives of the UAE Assembly β a gesture that carries forward the spirit of Brotherhood, Integrity, Loyalty, Equality, and Service beyond a single event.
