💚 A House Assembly full of kindness, appreciation and laughter! 💚

This morning’s House Assembly had a special World Mental Health Day twist, with students and staff wearing a touch of green to show their support for mental health, kindness, self-care and the importance of putting ourselves first sometimes. 🌿

A huge congratulations to our Year 6 students who have been appointed as House Captains and Deputy House Captains! 🎉 We are so proud of you and can’t wait to see all the amazing things you will achieve in your new roles.

We also took a moment to celebrate and appreciate our wonderful teachers 🍎, followed by a hilarious balloon catch challenge! 😂 As you can see from the video, there were plenty of laughs!

🏆 And the winning house this week was… THE HAWKS! 🦅 Huge congratulations to everyone!

Wishing all our students, staff and families a wonderful, restful and well-deserved midterm break. Remember to be kind to yourselves and to one another! 💚✨

🌟 A huge thank you to all our wonderful parents who joined us for our Early Years Parent Session this morning! 💛 It was a fantastic opportunity to explore our curriculum, discover what our little learners are working on, and share practical ways to support their learning and development at home.

We are so grateful for your time, engagement and continued partnership. Together, we can help our littlest learners grow, thrive and shine! ✨

🌍🔎 Our Year 1 explorers had an amazing time celebrating Explorer Day! From taking part in exciting activities to discovering new things and embracing their curiosity, our young adventurers had a day full of fun, learning and exploration. And of course, they looked absolutely amazing while doing it! 🧭✨

🛡️ Safeguarding Talk with Mr. Bourke

Today, our Sixth Form students attended an important safeguarding session led by our Vice Principal and DSGL, Mr. Bourke.

Students explored their rights, the importance of wellbeing, and how we can all help keep our community safe:

✅ Respect your boundaries and ask for help early.
✅ Look out for others and challenge harmful behaviour.
✅ Speak up and tell a trusted adult if something feels wrong.

One key message: being a good friend does not mean keeping a dangerous secret.

💚🌿 Today, our students and staff came together to mark World Mental Health Day by wearing a touch of green to show their support and raise awareness.

A beautiful reminder that looking after ourselves, putting our well-being first and treating everyone with kindness are so important. 💚 Sometimes, the smallest acts of kindness can make the biggest difference. Let’s continue to look out for one another, spread positivity and create a community where everyone feels valued, supported and heard.
