In the aim of following the steps that the Prophet (peace be upon him) took from Mecca to Medina, we organized this event in an attempt to relive and remind ourselves of the lessons learned from Hijra. Students had the opportunity to go through a path that illustrated the journey starting from Mecca station to Medina Station while emphasizing the major events that occured. We also had a photo booth of the map indicating the directions the Prophet's journey. Moreover, giveaways like roses with (lessons from Hijra) tags and chocolates were distributed that added a sense of pleasure to the surroundings. Finally, a raffel draw was done and the winner in the Hijra Questions was rewarded. This event revives our souls again and remind us of the imporatant role we have to insure our Umma's unity and prosperity.
