Spirometrischer O2 Leistungstest

ZONE-X BETTER, FASTER, STRONGER! ENGLISCH

Spirometric O2 Performance Test

The spirometric O2 performance test with Zone-X determines the lactate turn points in correlation with heart rates and automatically calculates the optimal training zones. This is beeing done without invasive blood measurement. Determining heart rate zones for an optimized and performance oriented training for example the zone for most efficient fat burning. ZoneX faciliates health oriented sports and efficient regeneration. All analysis (approved by KF University Graz) is beeing done automatically. With Zone-X analytical failures are not possible any more.
