🌍 The New Talent Race: Winning Top Talent in a Global Market

Talent Acquisition is no longer just about filling vacancies. It is becoming a strategic driver of business success, shaped by global competition, digital transformation and the growing role of AI.

At the ILS Main Event 2026 in Graz, our CEO Veronika Wolf joined an international panel of experts to discuss how organisations can navigate these changes and attract the right talent in an increasingly competitive global market.

The panel brought together:

🔹 Karl Hartleb, ICS Internationalisation Center Styria
🔹 Andrew Midgley, Managing Director, TXM Group UK

Key topics included the strategic role of Talent Acquisition, the opportunities and challenges of international talent markets, and how AI and talent intelligence are reshaping the way organisations identify, attract and recruit talent.

One thing is clear: in a global labour market, attracting the right people requires more than traditional recruitment. It calls for strategic thinking, international collaboration and new approaches to building the workforce of the future.

🏛️ Discovering Graz together!

On Friday, we had the pleasure of exploring Graz’s hidden gems during our Mayor’s Reception & Guided City Tour! ✨

Together, we discovered beautiful historic courtyards, admired the city’s unique architecture and learned fascinating stories about Graz’s rich history.

The afternoon continued at Graz City Hall, where we were welcomed to a special reception with a representative of the mayor’s office. Over food and drinks, our international community had the opportunity to connect, exchange experiences and get to know their new home a little better.

A big thank you to Discover Graz for the fascinating guided tour and to the City of Graz for the kind invitation and warm hospitality. And, of course, thank you to everyone who joined us for this memorable afternoon! 💚

A wonderful evening with the companies behind CINT. 💚

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of welcoming our member companies to our Annual General Meeting.

It was a great opportunity to reflect on the past year, share what we have been working on and look ahead to what is still to come.

Most importantly, we would like to say a huge thank you to all our member companies for their continued trust, support and commitment to CINT.

CINT would not be what it is today without the strong cooperation with our member companies. Your support enables us to provide international professionals and their families with long-term guidance, valuable information, networking opportunities and a welcoming community in Graz and Styria.
