Wir freuen uns sehr, ein weiteres neues Mitglied im ILC-Team willkommen zu heißen! 🌟
Sarah Hinedi startet bei uns als Universitätsassistentin und Doktorandin am Institut für Personalführung und Veränderungsmanagement der JKU Business School.
Sarah hat im Jänner 2025 ihr Masterstudium in Management an der JKU Linz abgeschlossen. In ihrer Masterarbeit untersuchte sie, wie ethnische Kultur Kreativität beeinflusst, und verglich dabei ostasiatische mit westlichen Kulturen. Außerdem analysierte sie, wie Menschen aus unterschiedlichen kulturellen Kontexten Feedback wahrnehmen und darauf reagieren – ein Thema mit hoher Relevanz für Führung und Zusammenarbeit in vielfältigen Umgebungen.
Ihre Dissertation wird sich dem Thema Kreativität widmen und daran anknüpfen, wie kulturelle und zwischenmenschliche Dynamiken kreative Prozesse und Ergebnisse prägen.
Neben ihrer Tätigkeit an der JKU ist Sarah auch im Familienunternehmen aktiv, wo sie als Buchhalterin und Personalverrechnerin arbeitet. Diese Kombination aus akademischem Interesse und praktischer Erfahrung verleiht ihr eine besondere Perspektive auf das Organisationsleben.

We are thrilled to welcome another new member to the ILC team 🌟
We are happy to welcome Sarah Hinedi as a University Assistant and PhD candidate at the Institute of Leadership and Change Management at JKU Business School.
Sarah completed her Master’s degree in Management at JKU Linz in January 2025. In her master’s thesis, she explored how ethnic culture influences creativity, comparing East Asian and Western contexts. She also examined how people from different cultures interpret and respond to feedback, highlighting important nuances for leadership and collaboration in diverse environments.
Her doctoral research will focus on creativity, continuing her interest in how cultural and interpersonal dynamics shape creative processes and outcomes.
Alongside her academic work, Sarah is actively involved in her family business, where she works as an accountant and payroll administrator. This combination of academic interest and hands-on experience gives her a unique perspective on organizational life.
