Established in 2003 by Ambassador Ronald Lauder, Lauder Business School (LBS) is an international, business-focused University of Applied Sciences located in Vienna, Austria. From the outset, LBS blended American and European educational methods to provide a comprehensive and well-rounded business education. Our programs are designed to provide students with practical and contemporary business education, equipping them with modern tools and know-how to invoke innovation, drive changes, and excel in any challenging business environment. LBS is fully accredited in the European Union by the relevant Austrian national authorities (AQ Austria) and in the United States by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP). Nationally, LBS ranked 2nd in Vienna and 4th in Austria in 2022 and 2023 by the independent INDUSTRIEMAGAZIN for academic excellence and the high employment rate of our students. Additionally, the independent Peregrine tests place LBS programs in the top 10% globally among ACBSP-accredited universities. Students participate in research, observation, and experimentation, stimulating creative solutions to real challenges. Through collaboration and teamwork in LBS’s international environment, students develop cross-cultural communication skills. LBS offers the following programs:

- International Business Administration – Bachelor (180 credits, 3 years)
- International Management and Leadership – Master (120 credits, 2 years)
- Strategic Finance and Business Analytics – Master (120 credits, 2 years)
- 2 MBA programs: an online MBA and an online Executive MBA (120 credits, 2 years
flexible)

7 October: A Clear Message of Solidarity with Jewish Life - Meeting Interior Minister Karner 🙏

A delegation from Chabad Campus – Schloss Sooß, a Lower Austrian partner institution of Lauder Business School, was received by Austria’s Federal Minister of the Interior, Gerhard Karner, on 7 October at the historic Palais Modena in Vienna.

On the 3rd anniversary of the Hamas terrorist attack on Israel, Minister Karner reaffirmed the importance of protecting Jewish life and Jewish institutions in Austria. He also emphasized the vital role of educational institutions in combating antisemitism and racism - from primary school through to university.

The Minister recognized the dedicated and professional work of the Jewish Lauder Chabad institutions. Their representatives, Rabbi Jacob Biderman and Executive Director Alexander Zirkler, expressed their gratitude to Minister Karner for his strong commitment and the reliable partnership.

🎓 Caps Off to the MA Class of 2026

Last Friday, we celebrated our MA graduates and everything they have achieved during their time at Lauder Business School.

With a warm, almost paternal send-off from Prof. (FH) Dr. Tamás Csermely, Director of Studies for Graduate Programs, we marked not only the end of an important chapter, but the beginning of an exciting new one.

Congratulations to all our graduates! We are proud to have been part of your journey and can’t wait to see what comes next. 💙

🎓 The Tassels Turned. The Future Began.

Congratulations to the Lauder Business School IBA Class of 2026! 🎉

On 3 July, we celebrated an incredible milestone as our graduates took the next step into their futures, surrounded by family, friends, faculty, and staff.

We were honoured to welcome Univ. Prof. Mag. Dr. Martin Kocher, Governor of the Oesterreichische Nationalbank, whose keynote described graduation as "a day of aspiration." He reminded our graduates that success is built through curiosity, resilience, hard work, and, above all, the people who support us along the way.

In his closing remarks, Prof. (FH) Mag. Julius Dem, MBA, Director of Studies for the International Business Administration Bachelor's program (and newly revealed undercover Swiftie 🎶), encouraged our newest alumni to lead with integrity, stay curious, and always value the family and friends who helped them get here.

LBS has signed a new Student Exchange Agreement with California State University, Channel Islands. Eligible students can study there for a semester or a full year, and pay tuition only to LBS.

✔️ No additional tuition at CSUCI
✔️ Credits count toward your LBS degree
✔️ Full academic semester or full year
✔️ Open to eligible Bachelor's and Master's students

No double fees. Real credits. Real California.
