Is it hot, Yet? A study on public understandings of extreme heat messaging. "Is it Hot, Yet?" Is a study on public understandings of extreme heat messaging conducted by The School of Public Health, University of Adelaide.

On this page you can find out more about the project, how to get involved, and what participation entails. This project is being conducted by researchers at The University of Adelaide. The Study seeks South Australian residents to participate. We would like to enrol the perspectives of those living in rural and remote areas, suburban and city areas, as well as a range of people aged over 18 years.

Participation involves a 30 minute interview with a researcher, or an 80 minute focus group (interview with a group of people). Participants receive an $80 Coles/Myer voucher to acknowledge their time. This research is jointly funded by the Commonwealth and South Australian governments under the Natural Disaster Resilience Program (NDRP), and has ethical approval (H-2017-141). If you would like more information about how to participate, contact Scott Hanson-Easey on (08) 8313 0160 or email: [email protected] or PM us through this page.
