🎓 What a fantastic session!

Today, the SAHMRI Student Association and HeSPA (Health Sciences Postgraduate Association) hosted an engaging Q&A event, “Acing Your Candidature”, packed with practical advice and honest insights for HDR students at all stages of their PhD journey.

🤝 Thank you to our panel, A/Prof Christopher Ford, Agnes Arthur, Maxim Buckley, Mark Marveggio, and Reeya Patel, who shared their valuable tips for different stages of the PhD journey.

Communication with your supervisors is the key; no one can read your mind!

Be in touch with your PGC,

Aim to become a great thinker, not a great publisher,

Work on all aspects of your life during your candidature,

and expand your network.
