NEO Melbourne 2026 was a resounding success - from our inspiring lineup of speakers bringing powerful, practical insights to the stage, to the fantastic host venue and the vibrant community that filled the room.

The conversations didn’t stop when the presentations finished, either. It was wonderful winding down with post-event drinks, catching up with old friends, and connecting with the next generation of chiropractic leaders.

We are thrilled to announce that Dr Monique (Mo) Andrews will be making a special appearance at NEO in support of ACC!

Dr Mo spent the first chapter of her career as a neuroscientist, studying the brain from the outside and publishing peer-reviewed research in psychoneuroimmunology and stress neurobiology. She could tell you precisely what cortisol does to a hippocampus—she just couldn't tell you what it felt like inside a body under load. So, she became a chiropractor and brought the lab bench straight into the adjusting room.

Dr Mo works directly at the intersection of neuroscience and chiropractic. Her focus centers on the autonomic nervous system: how it perceives threat, holds onto past input, and can remain stuck in defense. Rather than viewing pain and dysfunction as purely mechanical fixes, she highlights how a nervous system responds under load—not as a character flaw, but as a system doing exactly what it was built to do.
