A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our latest PsychForum, where we explored the profound impact of social media on mental health and how it shapes the way we think, connect, and perceive ourselves and the world around us.

From the influence of algorithms and online communities to the effects of comparison culture, misinformation, and digital wellbeing, the evening sparked thoughtful discussion on one of the most relevant issues in modern psychiatry.
