If you love coffee, enjoy being hands on, and want to grow with a busy, friendly CBD cafe community — we’d love to meet you.
The Role:
• +20 plus casual hours
• Hands-on across coffee, kitchen & front of house
• Hospitality experience
• Confidence across coffee, kitchen & FOH
• A great attitude and reliability
• Looking for a stable, long-term role

Mon-Fri: 7:00am-2:30pm

Penny University is on the lookout for an experienced hospitality all-rounder to join our team!
This is a long-term role with the goal of stepping into a Café Manager position from November.

If you love coffee, enjoy being hands-on, and want to grow with a busy, friendly CBD café — we’d love to meet you.

✨ The Role
• Manager-in-Training
• Move into Manager role from November
• 4 days per week (including Saturdays)
• Hands-on across coffee, kitchen & front of house

🙌 You’ll Need
• Solid hospitality experience
• Confidence across coffee, kitchen & FOH
• A great attitude and reliability
• Looking for a stable, long-term role

⏰ Hours
Mon–Fri: 7am–3pm
Sat: 7:30am–1pm
