ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Assistant to elevate our college’s online presence. You will be responsible for crafting compelling content, managing and expanding our social media channels, and supporting marketing initiatives that drive engagement and growth. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our brand’s reputation and connect with our community through innovative social media strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborate with the management team to ensure a cohesive and consistent college identity across all its social media platforms.
• Develop and curate visually appealing, engaging content tailored to our target audience.
• Manage and oversee daily operations of the college’s social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Monitor and analyse social media performance, responding to comments and messages and provide insights and recommendations to inform future content plans
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and implement innovative tactics to stay ahead of the competition
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Demonstrated experience as a social media assistant or in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to create engaging and on-brand content tailored to diverse audiences
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Familiarity with social media management tools.
