We are deeply saddened by the tragic loss of one of our nursing students following an incident on Friday evening. Another student remains in hospital.

Our thoughts are with their families, friends and loved ones, and with everyone who is supporting them through this incredibly difficult time.

We recognise that this loss will be deeply felt across our nursing cohort and the wider Charles Sturt Bathurst community.

With respect for those involved and their families and friends, Wednesday night’s Retro Prom will be cancelled.

🌞 JOIN THE FOOD PANTRY TEAM THIS SUMMER! 🌞
We’re looking for a student to join our paid Food Pantry team for the summer/Semester 3.

Pantry Shift: Tuesdays, 10.30am–1pm
Monday Shift - receive delivery and restock duties - time flexible approx. 1 - 2 hours
Note: Manual handling and lifting involved

Summer Food Pantry will run from 2 November to 15 December 2026.

From this week, our Tuesday opening hours will be changing to 10am–1pm, instead of 11am–2pm.

🗓️ Thursday | 11am–2pm — no change

Same pantry, same support — just a small change to when you can pop in.
