Educare College (RTO ID: 40699 | CRICOS: 03669G) is a small, private nationally recognised training organisation (RTO) with a mission to become the market’s premier quality private education establishment and the preferred provider in Australian Vocational training in the Australasian region. In 2013, a need in the industry for a training provider to provide accredited training programs that corre
sponds with each students’ requirements was established. Educare College targets a niche market, highly focusing on 4 specialty areas;
(1) AGED CARE – The world is now experiencing an ageing population with the number of older people outnumbering others. It is crucial for aged care workers to possess the appropriate skills and knowledge to look after the needs of the elderly. (2) CHILD CARE – Children are the future of the world. It is critical for childcare workers to have the skills and knowledge to effectively interact with and provide quality care to children during their critical formative years. (3) COMMUNITY SERVICES – “Be a hero in people’s lives”. Working in community services enables you to help build better and stronger lives for those in need and also allows you to grow as a person. (4) DISABILITY – Millions of Australians with disabilities rely on the quality services provided by support workers and it is important for disability support workers to empower and maximise those with disabilities to take control of their lives. Educare College is proud of our strong partnerships with community providers for our FSK20119 Certificate II in Skills for Work and Vocational Pathways course, whom our trainers actively consult and engage with to ensure that the course structure and delivery method are tailor-made to the students’ needs.
