Students undertaking HLT23221 Certificate II in Health Support Services recently completed a practical activity connected to SITXFSA005 Use hygienic practices for food safety.

While preparing their lunch, students had the opportunity to apply food hygiene practices in a practical learning setting.

It is a simple activity with an important focus: preparing and handling food with hygiene and safety in mind.

Learner Achievements at Deception Bay Neighbourhood Centre.
