Skills in action! Our MEM20422 Certificate II in Engineering Pathways program is well underway, and we couldn't be prouder of what our participants are achieving.
In partnership with MRAEL , this 9-week hands-on program is giving job seekers, young people, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants the chance to build real engineering skillsโand the progress so far has been fantastic to watch.
So far participants have been getting stuck on:
โ๏ธ Welding & fabrication
๐ค Teamwork & communication
๐ ๏ธ Hand tools & power tools
๐ Introductory engineering fundamentals
What makes this cohort especially great is its diversityโpeople from all walks of life, backgrounds, and starting points, all coming together with a shared goal. Every week brings new skills, growing confidence, and another step closer to apprenticeships and employment. This is what a genuine pathway into engineering looks like.
A big thank you to MRAEL EL for partnering with us to make it happenโand to our participants for showing up and giving it everything.
