Date: Tuesday, 19th April 2022 – 12pm (AEST)

The importance and application of in a variety of business situations is investigated in this session. Concepts such as how to schedule and sequence events to maximise time, sequencing techniques, and allocation are also covered. A practical activity to demonstrate application of project management concepts in practice is also undertaken, enabling discussion and reflection on key sequencing techniques.
