It's been a year & much has happened. I am working for Youthplus in Australia. We focus on assisting young people who have disengaged from mainstream school.
Sometimes young people experience extreme events in childhood. This may lead them to rebel & this plays havoc with their lives.
I believe we can support them in their journey so they can find their way through the maze.

Well time again to job search! For most students it is time for study & assignment work - hoping u r on track to finish soon before exam commence in 3 weeks time. That's right 4 weeks left for senior year 12 students. Then there is Schoolies!!🎉🎉 Yeah!!! Then a waiting game for final year results.
Well I'm in the hunt again for a new job. I'm wanting to go from part-time to full-time so am busy responding to selection criterias for the job. U may ask what job? Well a Career Advisor job of course! I have 2 on the go. One job is on the 2nd interview appt for next week. The other job is due on Sunday so I am trying to complete the application today. Wish me luck!!!

Congratulations to those teens who got into their degree/course/apprenticeship. It's not the end though for those who have not because u can try again for 2nd rounds or get a casual job whilst u get a certificate in what u enjoy. If u need any advice regarding what to do next please respond to this blog.

Was interviewed for 2 jobs & was offered one of the jobs. I accepted it graciously.
U see I had a problem with the other job. Even though it paid very well, I did not believe in the Companies products. My values were in conflict with this.
So in future ensure ur values fit ur job/Company.
Ur life plans are set in stone as u get the job that is right for u at every moment.
