The J Block Design & Fabrication Lab is for design development model making by students from the disciplines of Architecture, Interior Design, Landscape Architecture, Industrial Design, Fashion Design, and Interactive Visual Design. This facility is provided to students as frontline support for teaching and learning through design development, skills acquisition, mentoring, and making. The lab is

also available for research and approved special projects including inter-faculty projects. This is an immersive learning environment where collaborative progression of projects is encouraged and assisted by experienced staff in the production of iterative development models, scale and full-size mock ups and prototypes.
