Our last (but certainly not least) judge for this evening that we want to introduce for this evening is Rowena Barret - Executive Director - QUT Entrepreneurship Initiative!

Professor Rowena Barrett is an expert in understanding innovation and entrepreneurship. Her research primarily focusses on people-orientated organisational issues in entrepreneurial contexts. She has published widely in leading academic journals and has successfully led teams that engaged productively with research users.

Rowena has been with us since day 1 and we are very excited to have her on the panel tonight alongside Peter Laurie and Tom Robinson !! SEE YOU ALL TONIGHT!

T-MINUS 25 HOURS UNTIL STARTUP HATCH 5.0 SHOWCASE!! Judge number 2 that we want to introduce to you is none another than TOM ROBINSON!

Tom is currently the head of Product at IncoDocs.com. However, he has an extensive background, having previously been CEO of Entry29, Co-Founder of ModHubCo and Mission Leader at Startup Catalyst. Tom is passionate about startups, technology and innovation.
He has skills in software, economics and chemical engineering and is a people person who loves helping others.

We are very grateful to have Tom as a judge!

STARTUP HATCH 5.0 SHOWCASE IS TOMORROW!! We are super excited and thought it necessary to introduce our awesome judges for the evening. First and foremost, absolute legend, PETER LAURIE!

Peter Laurie is the Director of Junta. He a software engineering professional who focuses on delivery of projects to a high level of quality in an effective, efficient and elegant manner. He has been in the software industry for 20 years, the last 15 of which have been focused on Enterprise Java solutions using primarily Oracle's WebLogic family of products.

Peter is the Mentor in Residence at River City Labs, a co-working space that focuses on internet and mobile startups. He is also the Technical Lead for Startup Catalyst.

Peter has been the most avid supporter of our program and we are so excited to have him back as a judge!

Week 1 of Startup Hatch has been awesome! On Tuesday night we kicked off our Launchpad session at QUT Creative Enterprise Australia with Timothy Hui and Jackson Grant. Tonight we have been running through startup lean methodology/ startup blueprint with Graham Fellows of QUTfoundry and our hatchlings have been super engaged and loving every minute!! Thanks to our amazing facilitators for giving up your time. We are keen for the weeks ahead and will keep you updated as we go 😍😍
