Hi everyone! 👋🏼

We have an exciting temple visit for you this May to Chenrezig Institute! Chenrezig have generously offered to host UQBUDS attendees for a day program, including a tour of the grounds, a vegetarian lunch and a talk and Q&A with the Abbot of the centre. 🙌🏼

Chenrezig Institute is the first Tibetan Buddhist Centre in Australia established in 1974. Located in Sunshine Coast, QLD, bordering the Blackall Ranges, the temple grounds is a peaceful and unique location that houses their grand Gompa (where teachings occur), a vegetarian cafe with food made in-house, and the beautiful Gardens of Enlightenment and Memorial Gardens.🌳☸️

This will be a great opportunity for UQBUDS to visit a temple outside our usual Brisbane area, so don’t miss out! 😎

Spots are currently very limited at 10 attendees, however we may be able to increase this limit depending on interest and drivers helping out. 🙏🏼
