A day-long workshop exploring the multilevel models which increasingly popular in public health and the social sciences for analysing data organised in nested levels (e.g., residents of neighbourhoods, students of classrooms) or data with repeated measurements. New mentoring relationships can be intimidating. Mentees may not know what to expect of their mentors or the goal of the mentoring relationship. For mentoring relationships to be mutually beneficial, both mentees and mentors must establish expectations and boundaries.
