Another Great Example of Parrot Drones in Action
In June 2024, the Washington DC Metropolitan Police Department expanded its UAS program with the acquisition of a fleet of ANAFI USA drones.
D.C. police will deploy these US-made Parrot ANAFI USA drones in various operations, including barricade situations, large-scale public gatherings, pursuit cases, and search and rescue missions for missing persons.

“These drones will help us solve more crimes and allow us to use our finite resources more efficiently,” said DC Mayor Muriel Bowser.

This deployment is yet another testament to the reliability and effectiveness of Parrot drones in critical public safety operations.

Trusted and Proven Globally Parrot ANAFI USA
Chinese drones continue to pose a significant risk to critical infrastructure and a country’s national security. The People’s Republic of China (PRC) has enacted laws that provide their government with expanded legal grounds for accessing and controlling data held by Chinese companies.

The use of these Chinese UAS is a risk to networks and sensitive information. The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) encourage U.S. critical infrastructure owners and operators to procure UAS that follow secure-by-design principles, such as those found on the Blue UAS clear list.
