The Australian National University Buddhist Association - ANUBA

The Australian National University Buddhist Association - ANUBA The Australian National University Buddhist Association (ANUBA) You don't have to be Buddhist to join our activities. We welcome everyone.

The Australian National University Buddhist Association (ANUBA) is a student-run organisation aiming to promote and foster Buddhism and meditation within the ANU community. We are a non-sectarian organisation, thus drawing teachings and practices from all Buddhist schools and traditions, for example, the Theravada, Mahayana and Tibetan traditions. We aim to hold Dhamma talks every fortnight on Tue

sdays at 5 pm (subject to variation). We will have short meditation sessions on Monday and Friday during the semester at 12 pm. These are in the ANU Chaplaincy, which requires swipe-card access. If you sign up to be a member, we can grant Chaplaincy access to your student card. We also hope to host a multi-day meditation retreat at a monastery this year - stay tuned for details.
