AI is everywhere right now, but how much of what we're hearing is actually backed by evidence?

That was the focus of this week's AI Reality Check Breakfast hosted by our Institute for Digital Innovation & AI, with Professor Ujwal Kayande.

A few key takeaways:

✔️ AI isn't broadly replacing jobs, but it is changing how work gets done.

✔️ AI can deliver real business value when it supports people, not simply replaces them.

✔️ The biggest challenge isn't AI itself, it's knowing when to trust it, challenge it and use good judgement.

In a world of AI hype, fear and viral headlines, the conversation was a timely reminder to look beyond opinion and focus on evidence.
