Recently, Melbourne Business School’s Asia Office recently hosted an immersive Equine Leadership Experience for senior leaders across banking, healthcare, government and investment sectors.

Using horse-based simulations, participants explored how their leadership presence, communication and behaviour influence trust, collaboration and decision-making under pressure.

A powerful reminder that leadership is not just about what you know, but how you show up.

Everything a leader says or does has impact, often more than they realise.

Professor Adam Galinsky explores the “Leader Amplification Effect” and the three qualities that define inspirational leadership: being visionary, being an exemplar, and being a mentor.
