He closed an 8 session package the same day using this question 😂
Not every patient has a clear cut 'condition'.
Many patients come in with chronic 'stiffness' or 'tightness' that won't have clear 'injury' diagnoses.
When you're pitching a plan to these patients, it's not about trying to give them 'the best' treatment possible.
It's about finding out what they really want - first.
When you understand their urgency, you understand the level of plan they want.
Those who are serious, will pick longer, more in depth plans.
Those who just want short term treatment and 'come back whenver it feels stiff', just want to be treated a few times.
By asking the question 'how urgent is this?', you find out all you need to pitch the appropriate options.
