The paid internship program begins with an intensive full-time placement during the June/July university winter break, transitioning to a structured part-time engagement till December 2026. Interns will be embedded directly within the investment team, gaining exposure to live transactions and the full investment lifecycle.
Full-time: End Jun/Jul 2026 (5 days x 4 weeks)
Part-time: Jul – Dec 2026 (~3-4 days/week)
Intern responsibilities
- Supporting due diligence on prospective infrastructure investments across origination, ex*****on and deal closing
- Conducting industry, market and counterparty research to inform investment decisions
- Building and managing financial models
- Assisting in the preparation of investment memoranda and internal presentations
- Reviewing transaction documentation including term sheets, credit agreements and legal materials
- Contributing to portfolio monitoring and value creation initiatives
Successful candidates will demonstrate
- Strong academic performance in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Law or a related discipline
- Genuine interest in infrastructure, private markets or alternative investments
- Solid financial modelling and quantitative analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Eligibility Criteria
- Currently enrolled as a penultimate/final year undergraduate student at an Australian university
- Anticipated graduation between mid-2026 and end of 2027
- Available for full-time commitment during end Jun/Jul 2026 university break
- Available on a part-time basis from Jul through Dec 2026
- Resume includes expected graduation month, year and WAM
