🦖Dr Clare McCasker 🦖

Dr McCasker is a Consultant Paediatrician in Warrnambool and Acting Clinical Director of Paediatrics at South West Healthcare. She is also the Rural Lead for the Victorian Basic Paediatric Training Consortium (VBPTC) and is well placed to answer all your questions about the pathways to paediatrics tonight.

Join us for an inspiring session exploring the journey into rural paediatrics, the unique opportunities of regional practice, and life as a paeds clinician outside the metro bubble.

Paediatric dermatology summary sheets are 𝗔𝗩𝗔𝗜𝗟𝗔𝗕𝗟𝗘 𝗡𝗢𝗪 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗨𝗣𝗣𝗜𝗧𝗦 𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘁𝘀. Made in collaboration with Monash Dermatology Society, the summary sheets cover common paediatric dermatology conditions from the matrix and what you may come across on placement!

Each year, the Victorian Basic Paediatric Training Consortium (VBPTC) hosts an Information Night for junior doctors interested in joining the Victorian basic paediatric training program. This year - for the first time - they will also be hosting an Information Night for medical students! This will be an opportunity to listen to some insights about the training program, and ask questions.
