📢 Monash Philosophy Society Ordinary General Meeting 2026 📢

Join us for our Ordinary General Meeting + Philosophy Games! Put your hat in the ring to become our new General Representative or Social Media Manager (the latter sorely needed I am highly unqualified).

🗳️ At this OGM, committee spots for general representatives and social media manager will become available. In order to run or vote in this election, you must:

- Be an ordinary member entitled to vote under rule 12(2) of our Constitution; and
- Be enrolled as a Clayton student; and
- Be undertaking at least one unit of study at a Victorian campus of the University; and
- Have not had your membership rights suspended; and
- Are 18 years or older on the date you would take office.

Book club is starting its new long text this week. Julius Ceaser by William Shakespeare. If you would like to join in on the fun, make sure to show up to wholefoods for the first session this Friday at 3pm on the 27th of March. Philosophy & Tea: Unquiet Voices: A Spoken Word Event 🍵

Come along for our annual collaboration with the Monash Creative Writers for World Poetry Day!

Join us for a discussion on the importance of poetry as well as an open mic poetry session! Come armed with some of your own favourite pieces or feel free to sit back and enjoy hearing what your fellow poets have to share!
