The lady behind Pure Pilates NT. As part of our Retreat our ladies will be guided through a Pilates workshop led by a qualified instructor who does more than count reps.

They watch your technique, providing tactile cueing where appropriate, offering modifications to suit your body on the day, and knowing when to challenge you or when to pull things back.

No two bodies move the same, and no two days feel the same. Whether you’re managing an injury, returning after time away, feeling fatigued or ready to progress, having an experienced instructor in the room means your workout is tailored to you, not just the program.

Our 2027 Women's Retreat held at the luxurious Finnis River Lodge, will have some amazing Women in Business and Wellbeing attending to help our amazing ladies.

Introducing Bec from Valley Photography NT

MEET BEC | THE RANCHER & CO

For over 15 years, Bec has been the face behind Valley Photography NT, capturing everything from life’s biggest milestones to the beautifully chaotic moments in between.

From families, newborns and weddings, to NFP Community Events, Rodeos, corporate and sporting events, through to empowering bo***ir sessions, Bec’s photography has always been about capturing real people, real personalities and real moments.

But photography is only one part of Bec’s creative world.

Bec is also the owner of The Rancher & Co, home of The Hat Bar NT — and during our Women’s Retreat, she’ll be swapping between the camera and the burning tools to host our Hat Bar sessions and your Mini Empowerment Photography Shoots.

The Hat Bar actually started a little over a year ago from one of those completely crazy 3am ideas. With over 40 workshops around Australia, it's such a fun and rewarding workshop.

You know the ones… when you should absolutely be sleeping, but instead your brain decides it’s the perfect time to start planning another business adventure! 😂

What started as that crazy little dream has continued to grow and has fitted beautifully into Bec’s long-term vision for The Rancher & Co and Valley Photography NT.

And now, seeing photography, creativity, workshops and women’s retreats all beginning to come together is a pretty special reminder:

No matter how long it takes, keep working on those dreams.

They don't always happen overnight. Sometimes they change, grow and take you in directions you never expected — but every little step is still getting you closer. 🤎

At the retreat, Bec can't wait to share a little piece of both businesses with you — helping you create something uniquely yours at The Hat Bar, before stepping behind the camera to capture a little bit of YOU during your empowerment shoot.

🔥 What a day at the Hat Burning Workshop! 🔥

A huge THANK YOU to all the amazing men and women from Larrakeyah Neighbourhood House Coordinator who came down to the new Botanical Shed today!
The creativity in that room was next level – every single hat told its own story and turned out absolutely incredible.

From bold designs to personal touches, you all nailed it! I’m so grateful for the laughs, the chats, and the energy you brought – this is what community workshops are all about.
