Life Coach vs. Therapist: What's the actual difference? 🚗💨
Think of it like driving a car:
🛠️ If the engine is smoking and you're stranded, you need a mechanic to fix it. That's
THERAPY (Healing the past, returning to baseline ).
🏁 If the car is running fine, but you want to drive it like a Formula 1 racer, you need an
instructor. That's COACHING (Looking at the future, achieving high performance).
Therapists focus on healing. Coaches focus on growth.
Both are valuable. Both are necessary. But they do two completely different jobs.
