EQubed works with young people in the most disadvantaged ‘postcode’ in Victoria. We aim to inspire young people to see the possibilities of a positive future over which they have control, rather than remaining passive participants within a system that controls them. Through the identification, evaluation and execution of real-life opportunities, Our Mission will provide the environment, guidance a

nd tools to facilitate disadvantaged youth in the formation of their aspirations and goals, to develop a sense of autonomy and to scaffold the shaping of their futures. We think the future is about communities in business, not communities in committees. Teams of people, not committees, are focused around delivering outcomes. It’s a hub of activity where innovation, creativity, dreaming and ‘hands-on-learning’ intersect in powerful ways and where our young people can be genuinely and thoughtfully cared for.
