Glitz & Glamour is almost here (Sept 19, MAC02) — and it’s time to lock in your table.

✅ FULL NAMES please (Sheet Admin ≠ your personal decoy)
📍 Want your table near your mates’ table? Say so on the sheet
🔢 Table numbers on the sheet don’t reflect where tables will actually be on the night
🃏 Shenanigans/tomfoolery with names are welcome — just keep it readable and respectful
⏰ Table editing closes Friday 28th August, 6pm

MEDBALL TICKETS CLOSE THIS WEDNESDAY 🚨

Tickets close Wednesday 19th August at 12pm (midday). After that, no new tickets will be available on the website.

⚠️ Truth be told — we’re down to the last 5 tickets, so they probably won’t even make it to Wednesday. If you’re keen, don’t wait.

Can’t make it anymore?
Tell us immediately so we can sort a ticket transfer on our end. We will not be accepting any transfers after Sunday 23rd August — this is a hard cut-off for catering, security and table numbers.

Missed the Wednesday window?
You can still try to grab a ticket off someone who can no longer attend — but do not organise a private transfer without notifying TUMSS first at [email protected]. Undisclosed transfers won’t be arranged for catering, and you may not be allowed entry on the night.

🪑 A table organisation link will be released Monday 24th August, open for 5 days only.

🥂 MEDBALL TICKETS GO ON SALE TOMORROW 🥂
Mark your calendars — Medball 2026 tickets drop starting Saturday 1st August!
🔑 Year 1 & 5 early release — 12pm, Saturday 1st August
🎟️ General release — 12pm, Sunday 2nd August
Prices (minus sellers fees):
💰 Member tickets: $160
💰 Non-member tickets: $170
💰 Donation tickets: $175 (includes a $5 donation to Variety Tasmania, supporting kids going through tough times)
✨ Your ticket gets you a three-course meal, open bar all night, awards, DJs, and a packed schedule of entertainment — a night you don’t want to miss.
🔗 The ticket link will be posted to our Instagram Story today, tomorrow, and Sunday — save the link now and get ready for when sales open!
⚠️ Ticket passwords will be posted to your class Facebook groups.
🚫 Passwords are strictly not to be shared outside your year group. We monitor sales, and misuse will affect access to future tickets. Play fair so everyone gets a shot at grabbing theirs.

Join us this August to Share the Dignity by donating period products at one of our collection points across the state!

Keep an eye out for a pink box with flowers at your clinical school, or a pink Share the Dignity box near the lifts in the MSP foyer from August 1st! 💞💓💕💘

Medball 2026 a night of Glitz & Glamour 🥂 Tickets will be released early to years medical students in year 1 and 5 (as of tradition) next Saturday the 1st of August (Midday) the remaining tickets released Sunday the 2nd of August . So set your alarms so you don’t miss out!! 🪩✨
