Thank you to for hosting our wonderful Vario Health Clinic Supervisor Emma Wilson at a recent support group meeting. Emma shared valuable, evidence-based insights on exercise for people living with Parkinson’s, as well as those supporting them. The presentation highlighted how a multidisciplinary allied health approach — including physiotherapy, dietetics, and exercise physiology — can effectively support overall health and wellbeing.
A big thank you to everyone who joined us at Kingsley’s March Support Group meeting, and a special thank you to Emma Wilson, Clinical Exercise Physiologist from Vario Health Clinic at ECU 👏💙

A key takeaway? Exercise doesn’t have to feel daunting 💡 Simple, practical routines like the Toothbrush Routine, Kitchen Bench Routine, and Chair Routine make it easier to incorporate movement into everyday life. By doing a little and often, people can reduce sedentary time, build confidence, and support their quality of life.
Thank you again to Emma and our wonderful community for making this session so engaging and meaningful 🙌
