We cater to approximately 3500 students studying CSE Degrees, 9500 students who study under a computing course, and exist to fulfill the specific social needs of those individuals. We also promote computing in all its forms through technical and non-technical oriented events throughout the year. Now you know what we do but this is how it applies to you as a CSE student:

We like to have fun whether it be hanging out, working on interesting projects, or throwing parties. These activities can only happen if CSE students, such as yourself, help make it happen. Volunteers run the entire society from the bottom to the top. We know that some of you tend to be interested in computing, so we try to cater to your interests by holding technical events which compliment your studies. These events are to help teach you some extra computing skills and to keep you updated on what's new and interesting in the industry. CSESoc caters to all students of CSE including postgrads, and soon to be grads. This means that we try to hold some industry specific events for the students that are going into the IT field. We try to make sure that you guys are aware and excited about starting work in the IT industry.
