🏗️ Certificate II in Construction Pathways (CPC20220) 🏗️

Thinking about starting a career in construction but not sure which trade to choose? This course is the perfect starting point!
Gain hands-on experience across joinery, shopfitting, carpentry, bricklaying and blocklaying while building essential skills for your future apprenticeship.

🔨 What you’ll learn:
✅ Work with hand and power tools
✅ Follow supervisor directions
✅ Complete a basic construction project
✅ Read plans and take measurements
✅ Apply essential safety principles

Classroom:
• Scientific calculator (no phones permitted)
• Pens, paper, pencils (H & 2H), eraser
• Covered footwear (no thongs, crocs or slides)
Practical:
• PPE: Leather boots, clear safety glasses, sunscreen, hearing protection, hat
• Cut resistant gloves (Level 5 required) – e.g. ATG MaxiCut® 5 Ultra
• Measuring tools: 8m tape + 4-fold rule
• Carpenter’s pencil
