Last year, Jason Allen approached us for a write up of our new VGt after hearing it, (by chance as an audience member) during the King Gizzard and the Wizard Lizard concert at Sidney Myer Music Bowl. Thank you for the kind review!

"The show sounded absolutely amazing, especially considering how dense their arrangements can be... Nothing was fighting for attention and everything sat beautifully. It is the first time I have honestly been of the opinion that the PA sounded like a studio monitor... I casually glanced up at the line array covering us, expecting to see a familiar logo, and instead, saw Adamson’s."

It is the first time I have honestly been of the opinion that the PA sounded like a studio monitor.

Towards the end of last year, Monitor City had the pleasure of delivering audio production for King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard at the Sidney Myer Music Bowl in Melbourne.

It was fantastic to see our PA out in the field doing what it does best. The VGt was breathtaking as always and truly proved its worth. The entire system sounded exceptional, and we can’t wait to see where it goes next.
This was an incredible gig to be a part of.

Shout out to Owen Hankin, who production managed this tour as Engineroom Production Services. So glad we have you on board!

Thanks to all involved!

🎉 Big news — the Adamson Systems Engineering VGt has landed at Monitor City! 🎉

We’re beyond excited to add the Adamson VGt to our inventory — a huge leap forward for both Adamson and for us at Monitor City.

This next-generation powered line array system has already hit the road with us on some incredible shows, including the Canva World Tour 2025 and Boiler Room Melbourne — and it absolutely delivered 💥
Whether it was pristine vocal clarity in intimate spaces or full-scale, high-energy coverage in large venues, the VGt performed flawlessly. The consistency, punch, and control across the frequency spectrum are second to none.
We are proud to be among the early adopters of Adamson in Australia — and officially the first VGt owners and users in the country! 🔊🙌

Huge thanks to the Adamson team for their continued support and for pushing the boundaries of live sound technology.
We can’t wait to get the VGt out on more shows this season — stay tuned for more from the road!
