Some of them are our distance education students from the Certificate IV in Surveying (CPP41721) at SRDITA, coming together at our Medowbrook campus for their Practical Training Block (15–25 May 2026).

While they complete their theory online from across Australia, this block is where they step into the fieldβ€”gaining hands-on experience, working with real surveying equipment, and applying what they’ve learned in real-world conditions.

This practical component is compulsory to meet assessment and competency requirementsβ€”and it’s where distance learning turns into real industry-ready skills.
