Due to rapid growth, we are seeking a talented and motivated media professional to join the ANZ team. Experience in the youth market and/or media/advertising industry is a plus. You’ll become an expert on our media products and capabilities, and be a critical support resource for the Sales team.
Responsibilities
Supporting the sales team providing support throughout the pitch process including strategic assistance and producing sales materials
Working with Sales Operations to supply regular performance information to clients during campaigns (mid campaign & post campaign results).
Proactively identifying and pursuing revenue-generating opportunities both within the team’s client base and with companies/agencies who are lapsed / not current advertising customers.
Although the Sales Admin does not have a direct revenue responsibility, you will be encouraged to develop and close deals through agencies or directly with clients.
Responding to general client/agency enquiries to ensure that we meet client objectives and exceed sales goals.
Having an understanding of agency and client business in relation to key staff, client responsibilities, budgeting cycles, advertising / marketing objectives and creative requirements and will maintain regular telephone, face to face and business / social relationships with key individuals within the Ad Ops & media buying community in agencies.

Well rounded digital marketing experience including strategy, creative, planning, ex*****on and reporting.
You have experience in ad-ops and ad trafficking with a high degree of technical skills and experience with different servers and reporting platforms
You have an unstoppable ability to develop and maintain key relationships with clients - they should be your biggest fans!
You’re insanely well-organised with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
You’re extremely driven and passionate
You think logically, even under pressure, and come up with innovative solutions to problems
You’re analytical and have a great head for numbers
Excellent written and spoken English
You have the ability to operate in a “startup” culture and are excited by this
Students currently completing studies would also be considered, eg: the work hours could be 4 days per week starting in June, so current students could finish studies part-time. Other part time options may also be considered.
