We're thrilled to congratulate Nicole on completing her CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing)!

Nicole was struggling to find the right place to study due to her visa conditions, until she found ALIT. Through practical training and a supported work placement, she built real skills and confidence for the care sector. Nicole says her trainer was "very hands-on", and that the team was there to support her every step of the way. Soon after her placement, she was offered a Personal Care Assistant role.

Confidence grows when you have the right support along the way. 🎓💙
