From butchery demonstrations to exploring global hospitality career pathways, our students at our Sydney campus joined exciting industry experiences designed to bring learning to life.

Cookery students visited The Meat Emporium where they gained hands-on insight into meat selection, product handling, merchandising techniques, storage practices and specialty cuts including dry-aged beef.

Our hospitality students also participated in a site inspection experience led by Human Resources Executive Mikaela Kelly, who shared valuable insights into the exciting career pathways available within international hotel brands such as W Sydney, Marriott International.

We're reflecting on our shared history and our commitment to building a future grounded in respect, understanding and meaningful action throughout National Reconciliation Week.

This year’s theme “All In” reminds us that reconciliation is a collective effort 🤝 It calls on each of us to listen, learn, participate and take action toward a more respectful and connected future.

Our students, staff and visitors in Melbourne and Sydney can connect with various activities kicking off during the week.

🎤 We welcome back Indigenous Outreach Projects for a powerful hip hop performance that celebrates First Nations culture.

🌿 A BBQ lunch held in our culinary garden brings our community together to recognise the importance of reconciliation and shared understanding.
