Applications are now open for our next part-time, mixed-mode CELTA which starts on 14th September.

You will learn how to teach English online AND in the face-to-face classroom during the same 10-week CELTA course. Half your teaching practice lessons will be in a language school in Melbourne CBD and the other half will be online through Zoom. All self-study will be online.

The Cambridge CELTA certificate is a globally recognised certificate for teaching English so you’ll be able to teach here in Australia or overseas.

Congratulations to everyone from our May to August 2026 CELTA course for graduating with their Cambridge CELTA qualification. 👋 🎓 😃

These teachers are ready to start teaching English and they all have plans to travel.
2 graduates are heading to China, one to teaching English at Junior High School and the other English at a university. The other 2 graduates are heading to Europe, one to Spain to teach at an academy and the other to teach Cambridge exams in Greece.

In 10 weeks on the CELTA course, they have learnt the practical planning and teaching skills they need to start teaching English in both online and face-to-face classrooms. They gained experience of teaching 2 different levels both with real international students from all around the world.
