Meet Ariane 👋

Having completed her Diploma of Hospitality Management at ERDI Academy, Ariane has strengthened her skills, knowledge and confidence as a Senior Duty Manager at Novotel St Kilda.

One of her biggest takeaways from the Diploma was gaining a deeper understanding of what happens behind the scenes of a hotel. Great hospitality goes far beyond what guests see, and the program gave Ariane valuable knowledge she can apply directly to her role every day.

Throughout her studies, Ariane has also grown in confidence and is already looking towards the future, with dreams of one day opening her own café and hotel. ✨

Meet Vivienne 👋

After completing the Diploma of Hospitality Management at ERDI Academy, Vivienne has continued to grow her skills and confidence as an F&B Supervisor at Pullman Melbourne City Centre.

One of her favourite parts of the program was its flexible mix of face-to-face and online learning, making it easy to balance her studies with a busy hospitality career.

Through the Diploma, Vivienne gained valuable insight into areas of hotel operations like Finance and Marketing, while also strengthening her leadership, communication and event management skills.

Since graduating, she’s taken on greater responsibilities including rostering and staff allocations, and is excited to continue learning and growing within the industry.

Meet Dina 👋

Having recently completed the Diploma of Hospitality Management at ERDI Academy, Dina embraced every opportunity to learn, grow and challenge herself throughout the program.

Working as Facilities Coordinator at Pullman Melbourne City Centre , one of Dina’s favourite aspects of the Academy was its hands-on approach. From industry expos and excursions to learning alongside hospitality professionals across Marketing, Front Office, Finance and more, the experience gave her valuable insight into every corner of hotel operations.

🎓 Celebrating ERDI Academy’s First Graduating Students

Yesterday evening, we had the privilege of celebrating a very special milestone as our first Diploma of Hospitality Management students officially graduated from ERDI Academy.

A special thank you to Ricky Jeffs, CEO of ERDI Group, for presenting the graduates with their awards and for his continued support of ERDI Academy.

We were also honoured to welcome guest speaker Dr Amalia Di Iorio AM, Pro-Vice Chancellor (Educational Partnerships) at La Trobe University, whose insights made the evening even more memorable.
