Are you a “productive procrastinator”?

Productive procrastinators stay busy all day, but they cannot complete the most important task. It is because they complete tasks that are of lower priority and delay the high-priority tasks.

How to escape from it?

📍 Identify it when you’re in productive procrastination mode

🌤 Undertake the high-priority task FIRST thing in the morning

🤝 Ask others to inform you if they feel you’re in that mode

🧕🏻 Saadia, already suffering from depression, woke up one day to find that her husband had passed away. All of a sudden, she was left with 6 children and no income, in need of having to pay for funeral expenses and a home loan 😕

😕 Domestic violence is literally a “killer” - taking the lives of countless women every year. Elaf's story is just 1 of several 1000s right here in our community. Not only does it affect women, but children, families and entire generations are made to suffer its consequences. 🔄

📌 1 woman is murdered every week by their partner.
📌 The Muslim community is not immune.
📌 Victims are left scarred physically, emotionally and economically.
📌 Often children are indirect victims of domestic violence with no support.
📌 NZF has assisted with 250+ cases.

💯 It is our communal obligation to assist people like Elaf. 💯
